Sorry for the delay on this one. The best thing to come out of this game was Dave McClure's performance. It's been a tough year for Dave, so it was nice to see him finally make a positive plus/minus impact. Also, considering how well Gerald played, it was odd to see him post such a low score. I attended the game, and spent a fair amount of time watching Singler, and while Henderson's reemergence was the best news of the game, I came away thinking that Singler was the best player on the court that night. I was a bit surprised at the post-game commentary here, and in the MOM poll, that Singler didn't get more attention.

I was really pleased with the security with which Duke handled the ball, particularly Paulus and Nelson. I have been critical of both at times this year when they were turnover happy but against GT they both handled the ball extremely well. I think coach K has probably worked hard to right the ship after seeing the turnovers. The guys seem to communicate better and only make passes that had a high liklihood of being successful
