A random question:

While looking at the trophy cases on Saturday at the St. John's game, I noticed that the color of Shane's (http://cache.viewimages.com/xc/620213.jpg?v=1&c=ViewImages&k=2&d=17A4AD9FDB9CF19332EFD823EFD41CFDCD2B89401F1EC115 284831B75F48EF45) trophy was different than that of JJ's (http://graphics.fansonly.com/photos/schools/wood/sports/m-baskbl/auto_headshot/497858.jpeg), Jason's, and Elton's. (Sorry, I couldn't find pictures of theirs...) Shane's was Platinumish-Silverish, while the other ones looked Bronze. Is therw any significance to the difference in colors?

Technically, the color of the award is listed as bronze with no indication that it was ever different for any reason. Perhaps it was simply a flaw in the cast. Regardless, the permanent trophies reside in the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts.
