McClure's Older Brother?

Is Harold Ford Jr., former Democratic Congressman from Tennessee, really the older brother of Dave McClure?
I don't have pics to post, but Ford has been on TV this afternoon, and the resemblance is startling. Maybe somebody could ask Congressman Ford if he can rebound but not score.
