Sweet, sweet win. Sweet, sweet numbers. There weren't many plus/minus surprises. The biggest thing you'll notice was that the lineup with four of the five starters, except with Scheyer in for Nelson, outscored UNC 16-3 in three shifts. That's staggering. Duke didn't go as deep as usual -- King played very briefly in the first half, and McClure didn't play at all in the second half, but, whatever. It's the UNC game. The other point of interest to me (which I'll elaborate on in another thread at some point) was that Duke's four guard lineups did extremely well. The Paulus-Scheyer-Nelson-Henderson-Singler group outscored UNC by 5 and the Smith-Scheyer-Nelson-Henderson-Thomas lineup outscored the Heels by 1. Anyway, here are all of the stats.

Individuals
Gerald Henderson 67-54 (+13)
Greg Paulus 72-61 (+11)

*Insert Random stupid, Play Taylor king 40 minutes comment here*.

In all seriousness, Lance being +10 in this game was clearly seen by anyone watching the game. If he could play like that every game, well, we'd be well deserving of the #1 ranking.

Also note that scheyer got back into his rhythm today. A good sign indeed.
