Regional Names

I guess that the NCAA understands that "foolish consistency is the hobgoblin for small minds."

I was not able to watch the entire CBS show yesterday where it may have been explained but I did notice that the regions are once again called by their regional name. Duke is playing in the West.

Then I see the draw for the women and Duke is playing in the Greensboro Region.

What is going on?
