This was a really interesting game to chart, mostly from a lineup perspective. Two things really stuck out:
1) The lineup that pushed Duke way in front during the first half was the same group on the floor during the bulk of Florida State's comeback in the second half. The Smith-Scheyer-Nelson-Henderson-King group outscored FSU 16-13, but it's not like they were trading baskets. During a first-half stint, that group outscored FSU 12-0. During a second-half run together, FSU outscored them 10-2. (They were in together one other time and got outscored 3-2).
2) The lineup that came through in the clutch was the lineup we all expected to see in crunch time -- Paulus-Scheyer-Nelson-Henderson-Singler. Duke was up 54-53 when that group got together for the second time (they played briefly earlier in the second half). After allowing FSU to take the lead, Duke answered with Singler's three of the pick-and-pop. By the time Duke went to the bench again, the lead was 66-57, meaning that quintet outscored FSU 12-4. That's a great sign.

That's Example A of why plus/minus per 40 minutes in an individual game is very misleading. Lance, after all, only played 8 minutes. Example B is Paulus, whose plus/minus vaulted late with FTs.
