These are two of my favorites. Known by Duke fans but not replayed a whole lot.

1989 Regional Final - Phil Henderson power-dunks over Alonzo Mourning (1:18 on the YouTube video with a few replays right after). Completely changed the game. Crowd starts chanting "In your face!" Mourning loses it after that. I've been looking for this one.

2001 NCAA Final - Battier backhand tip-in (5:08 on the YouTube video, essential replay at 5:57). Super-human play. Pure desire. Gotta love the stadium announcer's Lost In Space Robbie-the-Robot voice right after the bucket.

Enjoy.

You can be rest-assured that this one is replayed about once a month in my household:) That's the beauty of having a Duke game tape library. Instant access. Does nobody else tape games?!?! I'm not saying this in an "I'm a better fan because I tape games" type of context. Just wondering if I am the only one? God I hope not, because that would then make me believe I am involved in an unhealthy activity:) Although, people always do look at me like I'm a psychopath when I say I gotta tape a game today. Lol.

Nate had a big tip-in that year too, against Maryland in the ACC semifinals (matchup #3 of 4 on the year, after Gone in 54 Seconds and then the Boozer injury/loss in Cameron on Senior Night). If I recall correctly, it was the game-winner? Not as outwardly spectacular as those others, but still a tough, clutch play and a key moment in a really fun 10-game stretch of moments.

At about 1:43 Duhon makes a great play to the basket...beating who? Gilbert Arenas.

I don't know if anyone else takes an satisfaction out of this, but I never liked him, and after his comment after getting cut from the USA team I've wanted him to fail at every possible point.

"One college game that's five fouls, right? ... 40-minute game at Duke, they got soft rims I'd probably score 84 or 85. I wouldn't pass the ball. I wouldn't even think about passing it. It would be like a NBA Live or an NBA 2K7 game, you just shoot with one person" - Gilbert Arenas

Interesting, because when he was int college he did play Duke. 10 points is almost 84...

Yeah, that's Nate James tip-in is a good one. Check it out at the 2:17 mark. The dude was one of the great dirty-work players in Duke history. He made a number of memorable plays in the 2001 run.

1. Dawkins' reverse slam on David Rivers.

2. Shaq's first game in Cameron. He does a really nifty and tough lay-up in traffic; Crazies start to chant "Shaq can't slam!" The look on Shaq's face is priceless.

3. Dan Meagher. Tom Sheehey. 'nuf said.

Video 5 of 10 (http://youtube.com/watch?v=kz_q4ENM98I) from that game has Dunleavy's string of 3's, capped by Shane's monster block on Gardner (6:06 video time, replay at 6:30).
