This was probably more memorable than anything you saw in college

This line jumps out at me:

He paid tribute to his techie background. "I've experienced a deathbed conversion," he said, smiling. "I just bought a Macintosh."

That's a lesson to the rest of us. Don't wait until you're near the end to embrace the Mac. :)

Oh, puhleeeze! Do you enjoy the taste of Mr. Job's boots? You've been licking them enough lately. :D

(You know I'm joking, BB....)

But seriously, that's a beautiful story; I'd watch the video tonight, but if the WSJ moved me to tears, I think I'd be bawling before the opening words of the Prof's talk. Maybe another night when I'm home alone.

I just appreciate talent and quality products. I guess you missed my loving defense of the Xbox360 in the gadget thread. Definitely, Microsoft's most Apple-like product. :)

Go. Watch. (If you haven't yet) You'll laugh more than you'll cry, and be inspired most of all. :)

My favorite part was his lessons from football: "we're going to work on what the other 21 guys on the field doing."

I agree it is very inspiring and not morbid. It does humble you though to realize that some people can face such terrible situations with such grace, I know I couldn't.
