And so we move along. Quite a performance, and there aren't many shocking plus/minus numbers. The most interesting one probably is Jon Scheyer's +26, which means Duke was outscored when he wasn't in the game.

No one's really mentioned it, but I thought this was Smith's most solid game yet even though he made some mistakes. The numbers seem to bear this out.

I thought Smith was good as well. Another interesting note -- last night's best lineup played together fro the first time all year.

Just the fouls in the first half were an issue with him this game. He also didnt have trouble inbounding the ball. It's a learning process for a young point guard, and he's certainly doing a satisfactory job of backing up Paulus while learning the necessary skills for the job.

On the numbers: Demarc did apparently have a good amount of assists while he wasnt really getting great penetration this game, and that's shown by his really high +/-. Scheyer had a terrific game as evidenced here, and theres not much else to comment on. Neither Lance nor Zoubek had much of a game, but the great thing with this team is that when 2-3 players (Especially HENDERSON in this game) seem to have bad games, it can still find ways to win in a decisive fashion.
