Uhh...Gay, not Gary. Darn fat finger.

The women did it again, this time knocking off Temple 64-53 in the Virgin Islands.

Carrem Gay had 13 points and 12 rebs to lead the team.

Here is the AP story (http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaaw/recap;_ylt=Akvql6Kyp8NSiBbq2PI8dv1MvrYF?gid=200711 230577&prov=ap)

They play No. 2 UConn on Sunday for the tournament championship.

"We've had so many people step in these games. The scouting report might not be that effective," Duke coach Joanne McCallie said.

Duke got 13 points from Chante Black and 11 from Jasmine Thomas, who led the Blue Devils the night before in a 53-41 win over No. 22 Purdue

No worries...I looked at the thread title and read "Carrem Gay" i had to look back when i read your opening line.

This is great. She deserves this and it’s good she is getting her day in the sun. Looks like Coach P is living up to the hype. Any chance Sunday’s game will be on TV other than ESPNU which no one picks up?

Cameron needs to get ready for some sold out women's games!!!

A review of the Box shows they only hit 7 of 20 FTs for 35%. If that keeps up, they will not do as well as we/they hope. To beat UConn, they must do better.

If they'd hit 15 of 20 tonight, the game would have been out of reach at 71-53. As it was, Temple hung around until the last 2 minutes.

At least the FG percentage was back to a respectable 48%.
