Well that was a heck of first day of the tournament, wasn't it? It didn't go so hot for the boys in blue, but two OT games, one decided by 1 point, and the other by about 5, right? You're welcome, Tampa!

On the flip side, did the ACC just cost itself two or three teams from getting into the tournament? I'm sure Duke and Maryland are locks for the NCAA, but FSU, Clemson, and GT were all on the bubble, and two of those teams just lost games they HAD to win. Does that mean that only 6 or seven teams get in, despite the fact that the ACC is considered the best and toughest conference this year? Do GT, Clemson, or FSU get in the field of 64/65?

I agree--a full day of great action.

I believe as a conference 7 or 8 teams will still go.
I feel Georgia Tech has done just enough to get in and
if Florida St can beat NC they will get in as well.

Hopefully today can be at least half as entertaining as yesterday.
