When Cornwell was a student at Duke, an elite, private university in Durham, he participated in the engineering school's robotic basketball contests, said mechanical engineering Professor Bob Kielb. He said students tried to build a robot that could retrieve a pingpong ball and toss it into a small hoop.

Robotic basketball? The men's varsity team could use some of that.

Yeah, that's really cool, but...

"So the engineering graduate built himself a reminder of life on campus"

Is this really something that kids these days have in college?

The Youtube video link the other day on the front page was awesome. Makes me wonder... are the Miller Lite folks going to make this into a huge commercial for the Final Four?

See Pratt applications rise.

Sure beats the rubber floor in that other beer commercial!
Cheers,

I heard this talked about by both Rush Limbaugh and Clark Howard last week!

I want one, but I'll load mine with Bud Lights instead. Gotta get my GHT because it reminds me of GTHC so much!

And, if you look closely at the 'intended use' segment, he is still watching Duke games.

Good Man.

This was just featured on the Colbert Report. A graduate of my high school featuring a graduate of my college -- what a wonderful world we live in.
