Enjoyed the podcast today very much, the end of #205 too.

As far as K's retirement, when asked when, I tell people the same thing I told folks 10 years ago -- I think Mike will coach another 5 to 7 years, as long as his good health prevails. And now he's 60% bionic, so the end is not in sight! That said, I think his decision will be made when/if he has a (sudden) major health problem, something that someone in good to excellent health never expects "will happen to them". It could happen tomorrow, it could happen in 15 years...
