Per ESPN. Johnson wasn’t eligible and Brakefield just didn’t get selected.

Johnson wasn’t because he left IMG? Bummer for him. I’m sure he’ll be fine, but surely a decision he’d like to take back.

I’m really looking forward to seeing him play next year.

It would have been nice to tie UNC with 4 McDonalds AA.....I know we could have done it had Johnson stayed at IMG.

That said, Johnson has to do what he feels is in his best interest; and as others have said, maybe it just wasn't a good fit there. My hope is that his experience with IMG is not a red flag for his future experience at Duke.
