Did he hit any threes?

Congrats Jack.

Did he hit any threes?

Congrats Jack.

Based on the individual game box scores listed on this site (https://results.universiade2019napoli.it/#/teamschedule/BKB), it looks like Jack shot 4-8 from 3PT range over the 6 games.

Here is his full stat line.

Pts: 61
3PT: 4/8
2PT: 0/2
LY: 19/27
FT: 11/19
OR: 11
DR: 29
KAS: 11

Note: All abbreviations appear as listed on the linked site.

LY = layups made/attempted (which, apparently, aren't included in 2PT totals)

KAS = key assists (which, apparently, weren't recorded for Australia's 1st game vs Israel. This is presumably because Australia's stat-keeper hadn't yet figured out what a key assist is).

Sweet. Thanks P. Nice confidence builder.

Plus, it was in the Northern Hemisphere so he didn't have to worry about that "reverse spin" on the ball.

Great for Jack. Clemson represented the US and won Gold going 6-0. Of course they play UNC at Chapel Hill this season. Could this be the year?

He ain't the only one. What is the difference in a key assist and a regular assist? Is this a stat measuring if your assist was a pass on the perimeter versus a pass in the paint?

19/27 on layups actually sounds kind of bad. Although maybe it includes all contested shots in the paint? I suppose 2pt are jump shots inside the line. Anyways, if he puts up similar per-game stats for us next season I'd be happy.

Unless he's in a terrible slump, Jack White is a really useful player. His knack for rebounding is his best skill IMO, but overall he's a tough, versatile, team first player. Love to see his senior year be his best.

Good on you, mate!

Yeah I highly doubt it's actually only "layups" considering he had 27 attempts to only 2 other 2-pt attempts. Not sure the exact definition but maybe it's in the lane vs not or something.

Jack White got the bronze medal because Jason Evans took home both the gold and silver!
