I’m glad the games are in the northern hemisphere, so he doesn’t have to adjust to the ball spinning around the rim counter-clockwise.

Funny story. I volunteer doing some youth basketball coaching and academic development in Toronto. Through that work I met a super nice Australian guy, who upon realizing I was a Blue Devil, said he was from Jack’s super small hometown. Didn’t know him personally, but said Jack’s basically a folk hero in the area.

I’ve got a suspicion Jack is going to have a nice career for himself playing/coaching ball in Australia even if his NBA prospects are dim. Let’s hope this is a first step towards that end!
