Hey everyone, the DBR Bracket Challenge is back! Here are the details below:

https://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/t1/group/77944/join?soc_trk=lnk

Name: Duke Basketball Report
Group: 77944

It's a public bracket this year so there shouldn't be a password to join, but if they ask for one: duke

As always, try to use your DBR handle in your bracket name if possible. The winner will earn a guest segment on a DBR Podcast sometime after the season! Any questions, let me know.

do we have a list of winners over the year? or best average performance?

This is a little frustrating. I have Ky going to the Final Four in my bracket, but if PJ Washington is down, no way do I keep that my pick.

I doubt we will hear anything more before the brackets have to be finalized.

And I hit my mediocrity level for the day. I am 4-4. (-200)

I may be reading it wrong, but it appears we have 531 people in our pool.

Dayum!!! I am dying to know how many picked Duke... probably north of 90%.

I took Duke in my "real" bracket pools, but swapped the winner of the national championship game for the DBR pool. I figure if I get the national champion right, I'll probably automatically win the DBR pool now, whereas if (when) it's Duke and I'm right, it doesn't give me an advantage over 90% of the people here.

I'll probably win my pools this year. I did very little homework, filled out my brackets on ESPN and Yahoo! in about 2 minutes total. I only have the 2 brackets and I can't even tell you who I have in the 2 final 4's.

A very practical approach. Maybe the best chance of winning by not over thinking the process.

I just checked....I have Louisville winning a few games. Luckily I named my bracket 'elvis14's last place bracket' so I have a chance of getting 1 thing right if I get lots of things wrong.

The ACC is letting me down... I am 13 of 14 on games not involving ACC teams :). Missed Nevada - Florida as well... still think Nevada should have won that one.

My extended family has an annual pool. My wife is currently winning by a fairly wide margin and it is entirely possible I will not hear the end of this until I lay, cold but resting, in the ground.

In our office bracket pool, I was 2nd out of 15 after day 1. My wife is currently at 24-8 after Thursday/Friday games and I stand (sit? beg?) at a mediocre 21-11. She also has Duke winning the whole Tacko, or should that be enchilada?
