Who was Man of the Match in Duke's win over Eastern Michigan tonight?

Zion again — he just makes it look so easy and you can tell he's having fun out there. Diving for loose balls, bringing a ton of energy, taking high-percentage shots, active enough on defense.

And don't even get me started on that oop.

Which one?

Which one?

From Reddish, with Zion’s head near the rim. Cam’s pass reminded me of Hurley in 1991 — no way he’s gonna catch it.

I went with Zion, but R.J. was great too. And Javin and Marques were both very good. Also liked seeing Jack White hitting threes.

But Zion . . .

Zion then Jones then Bolden. Barrett threw it away too often trying the long, cross court pass.

I wish he had shot a little better, but Tre set the tone defensively. Their guards are going to be seeing him in their nightmares for months.

It's hard to vote against the tomahawk dunk.

Not sure I'm understanding the RJ and Tre votes. Those two along with Cam were all aboard the struggle bus on offense. Zion played equally or better on defense than those 3 this game. My 2nd choice might have been Bolden.

Let's just exclude zion from the rest of the motm threads lol jk

To me, Zion's most impressive play came in the second half (I think) when he ran from the left side to take a jump stop in the lane and then instantly exploded to the left for a sweet lefty finish. Incredible.

That one got me, too. Zounds!

As great as Grant's catch/dunk was, Zion was up higher. His head was rim-level, but Grant went under the backboard.

Zion's season-long MOTM percentage may rival his FG percentage.

Should we rename this thread ZOTM for the rest of the season?

This is as close as I have ever come to trolling someone online. But hear me out....I was right. Note the dates and wonder at my pettiness.
