Yeah I read about this in the paper this morning and can't quite figure it out. What is she thinking? Very surprised she wants to leave her Alma Mata. She played their and has been doing a pretty darn good job coaching as well. If it was just about money I'd think she probably could have talked to them about an increase. Seems very suprising .

IIRC She's making close to half-mil in annual salary plus performance bonuses. She can't possibly do much better in a league that may fold any day now. I think she's mentioned she was just dissatisfied with the university, and maybe wants a fresh start somewhere else?
