From his bio on the European Tour site:

Studied at Duke University in North Carolina where he set a Duke single season record with a 71.3 stroke average despite playing the final two events of the season with a stress fracture in his wrist. Chose to come to Europe in 2016, and started competing on the Challenge Tour. A runner-up at the Open de Portugal at Morgado Golf Resort took him to the top of the Challenge Tour Rankings in May 2017. A first Challenge Tour win at the D+D REAL Czech Challenge soon followed and the American went on to establish himself as one of the breakthrough stars on the 2017 Road to Oman.

In Suri's PGA debut, he is T45. Kevin Streelman is T14 and Tiger is T65 and on the cut line, midway through Farmers Insurance Open.

Does he have his tour card or just special exemption for this tourney? To be clear, I’m askin about Suri, not Tiger
