View Full Version : PK80 Uniforms Unveiled

Nike has unveiled the uniforms for the PK80 event (https://www.sbnation.com/college-basketball/2017/11/16/16665594/nike-pk80-uniforms-shoes-college-basketball-tournament-duke-north-carolina-osu-oregon-michigan-state). Interestingly, no team will wear whites.

Obviously, one of these uniforms makes me ill, but the rest seem pretty solid (EDIT: No pun intended). The Oregon uniform is surprisingly inoffensive, but I guess I shouldn't assume anything until I see it live.

Florida and Texas (orange and orange) are in the same bracket. As are Gonzaga and Butler (black and black). As are Stanford and Ohio State (red and red).

Thankfully DePaul is not in our bracket.

I mean I guess they aren't that bad, they aren't super ridiculous like some Jerseys in the past:

Those were terrible, these PK80 ones I can deal with. I think the Butler one looks the best though

What were the unis we were wearing against Michigan State?? Those were excellent. Also someone (I think Goldwire) was wearing some throw back short shorts 😃

I liked the gray uni's at first sight of the pictures. Once the game started and the players started sweating they quickly became gawd-awful and I hater them. The vests were fairly cool looking..... on fans in the stands...

There were ideas I liked. Like the stars indicating the number of championships and the years. But I just couldn't stand everyone being in "Platinum" because team colors matter. The only team that could possibly improve by those uniforms is UNC.

At any rate, at least Duke isn't an Adidas school, and I'm not just referring to the scandal.
