Help having issues with the DBR format on my MacBook Air

Disclaimer I'm technolgically challenged and do not speak the lingo.

Can someone please offer guidance on what maybe wrong with DBR format on my Macbook air and how to fix it? The home page is fine, but when I go to the forums the formatting is all wrong, it almost looks like the formatting is geared towards mobile, but I checked and it's set to "blue".

I'm able to post now because I'm at work and the format is fine (not using an apple computer).

For anyone having issues, the problem was that the poster could see the DBR logo and then a lot of centered text containing menu options underneath it. The solution that worked was to clear the cookies for forum.dukebasketballreport.com. You'll need to login again when you do that, but it fixed the display problem.
