We have a thread for this, and the answer is there (http://forums.dukebasketballreport.com/forums/showthread.php?40536-Dukies-in-the-NBA-2017-18-Season&p=1009848#post1009848). Quoting below:

Is Luke hurt or did he get sent to DLeague?

Simply inactive since Reggie Bullock is back so he is the one player who is not dressing. The Pistons are pretty proactive with using the G League so if they continue to have more than 13 available players, I would not be surprised to see him get the occasional assignment.

Kennard (https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/basketball/players/2842761/luke-kennard/) is listed as inactive for Sunday's game against the Warriors, Rod Beard of The Detroit News reports.
Kennard did not play in Saturday's game against the Clippers after playing just two minutes against the Timberwolves the game before. With the Pistons (https://www.cbssports.com/nba/teams/page/DET/detroit-pistons) boasting solid backcourt depth, Kennard could be a healthy inactive fairly often so long as everyone stays healthy.
