I hope this puts a chip on Grayson's shoulder and look forward to his wrath being poured out on our opponents. Bonzie is great, but if Grayson is really healthy and in a better headspace, then look out ACC.

"Contrarians" is a nice way of putting it. These votes are just stupid. Honestly.

Take ROY voting. I get it that some of these rookies will be the main star (or one of) on their respective teams. But Lonnie Walker and MJ Walker, each of whom received multiple ROY votes, are ranked #17 and #24, respectively. Other than Bagley, Duval, Carter, and Trent are ranked #5, #7, and #14, respectively. And none of them get any love. Heck all of them are potential starters.

My preseason ranking has them at number 4 behind Duke, Notre Dame and UVA. There are 3 schools above VT that should be tossed out.
