View Full Version : Ross Martin kicking in the NFL on my TV!

Not sure if this news was posted elsewhere or missed, but apparently Ross Martin is kicking for the Jets! Don't ask me why I was watching preseason football, let alone preseason Lions football, but he's 2-for-2 for the Jets tonight. Go Duke!

He is listed as second on the depth chart to Catanzaro, which is not good since they will only keep one, but he scored all of the Jets points tonight.

Ended up 2/3, but the box score says the one he missed was 50+ yards, so probably OK.

I would be quite ok if he supplanted both Barth and Aguayo in Chicago.

The other half of Duke football's greatest special teams tandem, Will Monday, is punting for the Bengals in the preseason. Tough for a punter to supplant an incumbent, in this case Kevin Huber. Good to see him getting a look though.
