hope we have better luck with a player wearing number 1 than we have in past.

kyrie- injury and sweet sixteen
jabari- first round
harry- injury and second round

not sure if i'm missing any. also haven't had much luck with number 0.

But none of them are #0 . . .

On the other hand, #2, #5, #15, and #34 have been pretty great for us. Many of the recent owners of those jersey numbers won a national championships. (Quinn Cook/Nolan Smith, Tyus Jones, Frank Jackson wore #15, but Jahlil Okafor had it before him, and Ryan Kelly/Mike Dunleavy)

I think Trent is already my favorite recruit. Gotta love the Cook/Nolan connection!

#34 should have been retired for Jim Spanarkel 30 years ago.

Time does pass - that would be 37 or 38 years ago! That said, I agree.
