Sounds like Fats wasn't much of a driving teacher

"The NCAA later revoked his eligibility, related to him using a rental car that was an impermissible benefit. Along the way, he was charged with speeding between Greensboro and Charlotte in another high-profile incident. He was suspended from the UNC basketball team in 2013 after his arrest."

Miami chose Hairston as the 26th pick in the first round of the 2014 NBA draft. Hairston later played for the Charlotte Hornets in 2014-16 and later played for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Toronto Raptors and now is part of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in Texas, an NBA D-League team.

Any bets on him not being on the roster next season?

I love how they only charged him for the days he drove the car...I think assesing PJ (and Leslie McDonald) only for part of the time they actually had the keys to car. For example, if they had the cars for a month, but only drove them for 5 days...they were only charged with an impermissible benefit for 5 days.

There really is a different set of rules for UNC-CHeat.

Why does the NCAA keep dragging their feet on telling UNC whether he'll be eligible?!?

It's the perfect place for P.J. to play. If things get funky, he can bolt out the back of the Arena and be in Mexico in less than 10 minutes.

Maybe that will be his sentence. Ever been to Hidalgo, Texas? If you live there, you go to Harlingen for the nightlife.

Or maybe PJ won't be allowed to choose which Mickey D they stop at on the long bus rides home.

Maybe he won't have his picture on the media guide.

Is it considered UNC-on-UNC hate since Danny Green nails the 3?

PJ approaching Derrick "Machine Gun" Fenner territory.
