A little bit of a step up. It's a shame for the Valley to have lost Wichita State and Creighton in recent years. Will be interesting to see what school the MVC pulls in as a replacement - when Creighton left, it added Loyola Chicago from the Horizon.

I've heard rumors they are looking to add Belmont. Not sure if there's anything concrete behind it. Would be an interesting addition.

The MVC used to be a strong basketball conference. Sad to see it slowly fading away.

well someone needs to replace uconn....given the way their attrition is going, they'll hardly be able to field a team next year....

UCONN and Georgetown have sharply gone down years after the original Big East disbanded. Both had good years shortly after but they aren't pulling the same caliber recruits in the AAC and new Big East

Good addition by the AAC though. Adds to the decent basketball profile.
