The casinos in Leicester Square are your best bet. They are open 24h and advertise that they show US sports.

Other spots make efforts to show US sports, like Bodean's and the Sports Bar & Grill (each with mult locations), but doubt they'll stay open late to accommodate.

Finally, ESPN's UK/Europe/MENA version of WatchESPN is offering a March Madness package covering all games for GBP29.99.

Used to live in London for 4 years. Bodean's is your best bet. Avoid Sports Bar & Grill. London closes down at 11pm, so you aren't going to find anywhere for night games.

Good lukc. Great city. They just hate basketball.

But if you're just trying to see the game and don't necessarily want to go to a bar then the NCAA March Madness website and app should get the job done:

Not in London. As stated above, ESPN owns the rights to stream the tournament in UK/EU/MENA, so you'll need the UK-specific ESPN app and GBP29.99 for a subscription.
