What were you doing sixteen years ago today? I know what Jason Williams was doing: Orchestrating a miracle (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9_pPqWfI84) in less than a minute.

Is this the same guy ripping Grayson Allen to shreds on ESPN?

I vividly remember watching it in my neighbor's Central Campus apartment. And one of my friends picked me up off the couch in excitement when we caught them. It was a glorious day!

All of us know someone who turned off the TV with that minute to go, went to bed and then were pleasantly surprised in the morning.

All I can do is smile while watching that. Sweaty Gary is beside himself. That was incredible.

And a harbinger of more Gary-angst to come ....

I watched the game on west campus... an unsanctioned bonfire ensued...

I live in the Va area and was at the game.

The whole thing was just surreal. I hope I don't have my years wrong but I remember hat being the game were MD announced there presence as a title contender. That Duke team was about as good as the crome and MD just dominated from the opening tip.

Cole was more than a little bit scary. The place was just in a frenzy as the game progressed which made the last minute all the more incredible. At the same time I think it was a Jason Williams steal and three still early in the comeback and you kind of thought we had em - kind of like halftime at the Final Four game even though we were trailing.

I would wear blue to those game but never anything that said Fukr and I don't think I ever tried to maintain a lower profile when leaving a game. Thanks for the reminder.

I was hosting a Superbowl weekend party at my house. Tar Heel and Twerp fans in the crowd. My drunk as a skunk little brother gave up and went out on the deck to pout. Then it happened. I was such a jerk
to all of my cheater and quitter friends. I still ride my little brother about it all the time.
