Louisville's Donovan Mitchell INTENTIONALLY Slaps Grayson Allen

Not sure how this is allowed in college basketball(actually I am sure since the slap was against GA). One of the referees stationed on the baseline was running upcourt behind Allen and Mitchell on the court and just couldn't have missed it, now could he? espn's Seth Greenburg called it "unacceptable" but refused to speculate when asked if the slap was intentional. It was definitely intentional. Will the ACC office and the estimable John Swofford review this play? I really doubt Coach Pitino will do anything about it. Can Duke petition the ACC office to have this play reviewed?

There is no way to know if the slap was intentional or accidental. There is no need for a new thread as this can be discussed, civilly, in the post game thread.
