Double your pleasure, double your fun. Amile's my man tonight with 15 points on 5/5 shooting, 5/7 FT and 10 boards. Honorable mention to Vrankovic for the V-beard.

My vote went to Grayson. I just thought that despite the slow start from 3, he had an excellent all around game. Could have easily had 10 assists if his teammates could have knocked down a few more of the shots he set them up for.

Honorable Mention vote goes to Amile. Kid has a very well rounded game. Crafty yet beastly at the same time.

Amile Jefferson with his third consecutive double-double earns my vote. I've said it before and I'll say it again, double-double big men do not grow on trees. Jefferson is a pleasure to watch.

Runner-up: Frank Jackson looked very, very good last night. He is poised and gaining experience quickly. It is going to be a joy watching him develop over the season. I'm sure there are going to be some speed bumps along the way but I am equally sure he is going to dazzle us at times.

Honorable Mention: Grayson Allen played like the veteran he is. It pains me he is not 100 percent. When Jayson Tatum becomes available, I'm optimistic Grayson will be benefit greatly by having the opportunity to get healthy. He needs to regain his explosiveness.

All five starters scored in double digits last night! This is a solid, balanced team which is going to get a lot stronger moving forward through the season.

My vote went to Grayson for his tough as nails approach. Many players would even be playing must less putting up decent numbers. Good game for a young man that's playing on one foot. GoDuke!
