ESPN beats the ACC for once so there is no official list of stations yet although you can check your local listings.

Basically, if you live in the blackout zone your options will only be through your local RSN.
Those in the green area can use their local RSN if it is carrying the game. It will also be on WatchESPN and ESPN College Extra (DirecTV 788 and Verizon FIOS 821).
Hopefully the ACC figures out their list soon.
