ESPN's Jordan Brenner has a good article up (http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/18049399/duke-leans-legion-giants)about how Duke has become a destination for big men. He points out something we noticed on this board a few yeas back, that Duke kept on missing on big men (Greg Monroe, Patrick Patterson, Brendan Wright and others) but the emergence of Mason Plumlee changed all that and made Duke a fashionable spot for big men (something Jabari and Jahlil cemented). But, to me, the best part of the article is the look at how Duke may use its depth and big men in some creative ways.

Krzyzewski will tinker with that depth, especially early, studying it to see which combinations work and might be effective come conference play, which prospects he can mold into cornerstones. Whether the lineup is big or small, Duke will press full-court more than it has in recent years since fatigue shouldn't be an issue, and it has the length to play a stifling zone. Coach K, in other words, might prefer a style of play, but he's not inflexible. "We could put some interesting lineups out on the court, and one of the cool things about Coach is he's open to it," Capel says. "He'll try things."

But Duke can't develop big men. Thought we all agreed on that. Or is this just because Wojo has moved to Marquette? :)

Seriously, thanks for sharing this link. It is a good article.
