Is this happening to anyone else? Whenever I cut and paste onto this site, I get "I'm a real wanker for saying this" all over the post. It doesn't show up before I post and I can go back and edit it out. But I have no idea why it's happening in the first place and it only happens on DBR.

What happens if you paste the text in Notepad (or some other text editor) to strip hidden formatting codes?

I usually use IE. I'll try it on Chrome and see if that makes a difference.

Microsoft Windows has a built in text editor called Notepad You can find it under Accessories. The supposition is that DBR board doesn't like HTML. Typing it into Notepad and cut and pasting it into DBR will mean it is pure text and shouldn't cause the application to think you are typing someting bad.

This only started in the last month or so. I never had any problem the previous 20 years.

So, something changed.

Possibly a browser or Windows itself changed. We haven't made any changes on our end recently.

Do try the Notepad trick - it fixes a lot of formatting issues when copying and pasting. And let me know what happens.

I expect Chris Taylor will move into the starting line-up.
