...in v'ball in Chapel Hill this afternoon. It was surprisingly close, 3-2, due to some inconsistent play on Duke's part. Good crowd. Fair number of Duke fans including a couple of painted faces. No A/C. Lots of middle school teams in attendance. UNC even had the band out there. But the acoustics in Carmichael are so bad it didn't matter -- can't believe I paid to see Elvis Costello & The Clash there all those years ago...
