Thanks for your post on HB2. I have been wondering just what the law is meant to accomplish, and how would it be enforced. Will all people be required to carry there birth certificates with them whenever they need to use a public bathroom? Will there be attendants to verify the gender of everyone using those public bathrooms? Would these attendants have the authority to enforce that law? How about a situation where the alleged violator has an emergency requiring access to a bathroom? Wow, I think maybe I could go on for a long time before running out of situations requiring policing of crimes against HB2. Who's going to pay for it?
