Good afternoon all,

Could use some help filling out a behavioral survey. Our team needs more data to draw meaningful conclusions on flower purchasing behavior. I wanted to include the perspectives from people outside the west coast.

I responded. I'm not big on on-line flowers or 1-800-FLOWERS. I ordered roses for my wife for Valentine's Day as I was leaving for South America. The company promised to send the flowers, but -- of course -- couldn't find a local provider and didn't send anything -- as in NOTHING. There was an attempt to notify me, but I was off-net, off-line and off-everything in the wilds of Colombia. Nope. Not doing that again.

I have a great local shop. Would only use an online florist in a long-distance pinch.

Done. Like the survey format. Efficient and not annoying.

Just joined and posted only this thread? Are you REALLY a Duke grad?

The grammar in the last post makes me suspicious.......

Just sayin'

They certainly did a good job getting people to participate without anyone pointing out the obvious.....

What does this have to do with Duke Basketball? Looks like OT material.

Done.

For flower purchases today, I call my local flowershop, owned by a childhood friend, and discuss options over the phone. Would happily use an online option if they offered one though, and then only call if I needed clarity on something.

Thanks again everyone, my team has reached the input we needed. Yeah that was awful grammar on my part, sorry about that. Have a wonderful week!
