Anybody remember how a few days ago the mods shut down the tread about the Georgia Tech coaching search when it was reported that the Jackets were about to hire Bryce Drew?

As it tuned out, Drew rejected Georgia Tech and is going to Vanderbilt instead.

Where does that leave Georgia Tech?

Capel has withdrawn his name. Amaker has refused to talk to them.

The AJC has this rundown (which revisits Amaker as a candidate):

Wonder if they'd consider Lavell Moton from NCCU?
