This is a cool story, and I'm glad it sounds like it has a happy ending. The announcers on my stream kind of laughed about that guy's computer last night, but as someone who works as an editor on a freelance contractor basis (and thus, is wholly dependent on my laptop), I was really sorry for him. Glad to see Lenovo making the nice gesture.
