FYI... I ran across this artist's website and found some really amazing and unique Duke basketball artwork. He has paintings of JJ, Shane, Coach K, Grant Hill, and a collage of Duke Basketball greats. I just want to say that ordinarily we frown on commercial solicitations like this, but there are some pretty cool original paintings on this website of Duke players so it gets a pass.

p.s. I noticed that the website has a painting of one of Acie Law's buzzer beaters from last year, and he calls it "The Shot." Maybe he didn't get to see a particular elite 8 game involving one pitino and krzyzewski in '92...

Of course, given how blatant the original post was. I'm just realizing that I've fallen way behind some newcomers in terms of total posts so I made a completely obvious comment. The good news for the OP is that these are all just BTTs. His stuff looks alright, though.

But at least Wiki's disambiguation page for "The Shot" has Laettner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shot_%28disambiguation%29) in his rightful place at the top.

its taken me a couple years, but i thought I was finally hip to all the DBR Abbrevs and acronyms...but what is BTT? I assume that OP is original poster...

BTT or BTTT is Back To Top or Back To The Top. It is bulletin board slang for sending a post back to the top of the list of subjects, therefore causing more people to look at it.

Each reply posted in this thread allows this somewhat comemrical appeal to stay near the top of the DBR list of threads and gives the commerical website in question more opportunities for "hits."
