Gilbert Arenas Update

I am sure you remember Gilbert Arenas and his incident with guns in the locker room. A funnier thing he did was when his team had a secret Santa gift exchange to promote team unity or whatever, Gilbert's gift was a highlight reel of Gilbert Arenas.

He has now been banned from the Orange County Fair for winning too many stuffed animals at the basketball shooting deal.

It's nice to see Arenas finally found a way to use his basketball skills to result in actual winning.

I have a few distinct memories from Arenas' pro career.

1. The first being that he claimed he was going to average 50 points against the Suns and the Blazers after feeling he was not given a fair shot to make the 2006 FIBA team.

Funny thing is, he did play play against Coach K in the 2001 title game. He finished with 10 points on an impressive 4-17 shooting night. I guess he needed the "soft" Cameron Indoor rims to get the other 75 points.
