Durham, N.C. — Apple CEO Tim Cook, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and Coca-Cola Foundation Chairwoman Lisa Borders are three of eight new Duke University Board of Trustees members, the school announced Tuesday morning.

The new members joined the BOT on July 1.

PRM Advisors founder Patricia Morton, ValueAct Capital CEO Jeff Ubben, Jack Boyrd, Anna Knight and Ben Shellhorn are the other new members.

As soon as I read this line, the book City of Thieves by David Benioff immediately popped into my head.

I really do think it's getting that bad over there, especially after it comes out they've been flat out lying to recruits about sanctions. That could get ugly fast once penalties are handed down.

Just my .02 cents.
