I hope they don't steal him. He gives us too much material.

Does anyone believe LA is seriously considering RW? I don't.

That article's a year-old my friend. The Lakers hired Byron Scott.

Interestingly, Roy might've been an improvement over Scott, which isn't saying much. But most smart NBA teams these days don't run post-centric, clog-the-middle, big-men-screen-for-each-other offense. They space the floor to take advantage of a perimeter creator. Roy isn't a desirable hire in the modern NBA.

"Ah'm Deputy Dog, and ah've come to clean up this here town. Oh mah darlin', Oh mah darlin', Oh mah darlin' Clementine."

Yeah, that'll play.

Actually it might. 100 years ago, Europe used to go crazy for weird acts from the US. Fighters, circus performers, oddball speakers. Why not Roy in LA?

You mean it's not 2014?

Found it on TDD. I'll just stick with DBR

noise...
BUT if we are hearing this noise - I'd wager someone is looking for an exit..

Perfect timing. Roy jumps ship, leaving him unscathed when the NCAA takes the opportunity to blame him and ban him for a bunch of games next season.

How much cash were The Lakers asking to sweeten the deal?

Mitch Kupchek was trying to throw some positive press Roy's way. It was never going to happen but in case of an emergency all Heels on deck

Or, the S.S. Minnow!!!

Bottom of the ocean for the h**ls is better than a desert island, so I'll still vote deck of the Titanic for those bastards.

Or, the S.S. Minnow!!!

Jennifer Wiley or Mama Hansbrough as Ginger?

Sean May or Marvin Austin as the Skipper?

D'oh or PJ or Roy as Gilligan?

Dickie Baddour as Thurston Howell III?

Holden Thorp as the Professor?

The debate used to be - Ginger or Mary Anne?

For me, it was -- Betty or Wilma?

But I'm old school.

The debate used to be - Ginger or Mary Anne? ...

As my uncle used to say at Thanksgiving when asked if he wanted white meat or dark meat, "Why can't I have both?"

Ah, the great debates.

Daphne or Velma

Betty or Veronica

and for the modern audience, the new debate for the ages: Anna or Elsa.

The more times change...

I can see it now. His, would be a short commute from the Hanna-Barbara studios, over to the Staples Center.

I'm buying it, even if it's a year old.
