Admit it, you're terrified.

Admit it, you're terrified.

It is a concern in March.

I am terrified and really wasn't sure why he was in the game late tonight against VT. I realize we were trying to get it to QC and Tyus (and we did, fairly easily) but was really worried they'd just grab Okafor before the ball was even inbounded :(

Sure looked like he was nervous. Thinking about it.

It takes points off the board. Late game, I think we're fine with the lead. QC and Tyus have been pretty good in those situations.

I watched him warming up against unc on the 18th,
His stroke was money, made one after another pre game.

It hasn't translated to game situations for what appears to be
minor mechanics and mental focus.

I have to believe that the staff is on it, but agree that
It would be a major plus for that to come around for the
stretch run.

Given that Duke average 1.18 points per possession, fouling Ja is an analytically sound thing to do for our opponents right now. I am just hoping he gets "hot" and shoots 70% the rest of the way. That being said, Ja could hit his next 50 free throws and I would still be terrified if we need Ja to hit a free throw with our season on the line.

Totally. The Shining was an after school special by comparison.

fouling Ja is an analytically sound thing to do for our opponents right nowIt would be a win-win scenario for UNC. They have plenty of bigs to spread out the fouls, and the fans can get riled up about how many calls Duke gets. I'm serious, I think it would be a wise strategy in their house. The refs will only call so much, especially in the face of crowd jeers.
