Didn't see a thread started.

It appears Oderah may be out for the year after her third shoulder separation. In a sling. Still smiling, as always.

Pre-game radio said she is done for the season

After 20 minutes of aesthetically horrid basketball, Duke leads, 46-31.

Second 20 minutes just as bad aesthetically as the first, but Duke wins, 89-60, and nobody gets hurt. Take it and run.

What the h-e-double hockey sticks? Please elaborate. The team just lost a starting forward. They then go out and score 89 points, have 24 assists to 12 turnovers (including 13 steals), out-rebound the Tigers 41-29, and have just 11 fouls.

Give this team some credit.

Aesthetically horrible the entire game?

SMH.

More steals (13) than turnovers (12). That's awesome.

Aesthetic is maybe next year:) I'm loving those turnover numbers, and savoring every win. The team is finding ways to get it done.

I thought Duke looked pretty good, aesthetically and otherwise. Chidom's absence dictated some new lineup combos, with which Duke seemed comfortable. Duke handled the ball well, took advantage of size mismatches and knocked down its foul shots. I hope 12 turnovers becomes the new normal.

Elizabeth Williams had nine assists, just missing a triple-double.

I'm told that Chidom will have surgery as early as tomorrow and a full recovery is expected. A non-contact practice injury on a shoulder I guess stressed by earlier injuries. Bad for her, as she was playing quite well.

No matter how weak the opponent, it's always good to get a nice win under the belt. EWill so so close to another trip-doub!

They tried to get her the triple-double, but other than Erin on a layup, nobody could hit a shot after a pass from her in the last six or so minutes.

Personally, I'd rather have the stats sheet filled naturally, not "forcing" it. (Similar to Elizabeth's 20th rebound earlier in the season.) Although I'm sure the coaches and players look at it as a positive, so it doesn't matter much what I think! ;)
