ACC Legends class

Our very own Shane Battier will be inducted to the LEGENDS class at the semifinals of the ACC tourney. Other notable inductees are Vinny Del Negro (NC State), Donald Hand (UVA), Troy Murphy (Notre Dame) and Bobby Cremins (Ga Tech). Pretty cool stuff the front page has links to the story and some cool stuff about Shane and Grant Hills new gig.

Absolutely. Remember when Murphy took that shot at the end of regulation in Chapel Hill that sent the game to overtime? Or his magical run through the ACC Tournament? Or senior night, when he torched Clemson for 40-something?

Such fond memories, indeed. His ACC exploits rank right up there with Pat Garrity and Dave Bing (2014 ACC Legends inductees).

Maybe he didnt play in the ACC however you do remember him playing in college. At least I do he was a favorite of mine.

Yes Bobby played for some great South Carolina teams from 67-70. Bobby's coaching at GT would be why he would be honored at the ACC Tourney this year.
