With the platooning of players at Kentucky one will not have a chance to play one year; half at the very most. Does this mean he takes 50% of the academic requirements each semester? And after the basketball season must he complete the academic year?

I'm guessing the entire team is googly-eyed trying to figure that all out. That is, if they are up to all that figuring.

At carolina there would be no such dilemma. Half of zero is zero.

The recent injury to Poythress has upset the two platoon system at Kentucky. Clearly, however, the starters do get more court time than the second group. The Carolina starting group played significantly longer than the reserves, but more reserves got to play for Carolina.
