I had never heard of The Nantucket Project, but it seems that it is its own TED-style gathering as they describe it:
https://www.nantucketproject.com/
"The Nantucket Project is one of the world’s great gatherings, each year hosting preeminent thinkers, leaders and innovators in a wide range of fields.
We focus on the intersection of art and commerce – one fueled by passion, the other by reason. In every organization – whether it’s a business, a philanthropy or a creative endeavor – those two forces jostle to achieve the right balance. In the process, values are determined. We believe TNP is the only event of its kind that rigorously examines those values."
Whatever.
The point is that they invited #31 to speak at the event this past summer and he delivered a 26 minute talk essentially on being selfless, being an "intangible" and doing the dirty work to help your team succeed.
It's well worth your time to watch it and simply to be proud that as academic scandal rocks our rivals that we have a shining example of a former player who probably could have taught a college course while he played for our team.
