TruBlu posted this in the Kansas post game thread, but I think getting more attention on Shaun's 245 yards on 12 carries with 3 TD's is worth a new thread.

Tough competition. Murphy's performance in BC's win over USC is pretty hard to beat.

At least our AD is currently in the lead.

I wish ESPN presented his performance differently. They leave out what truly makes it impressive. "245 yds and 3 TDs in 41-3 win against Kansas" sounds good, of course, but for all people know, he could have carried the ball 30 times and punched it in from the goal line for his scores. 245 yds on 12 carries (20.4 YPC!) with TDs of 69, 68, and 45 yds, though? That's remarkable at any level and against any opponent.

I voted for Wilson, of course, but I still expect Murphy's performance to win since it helped BC to upset USC. That's pretty impactful.

Hard to disagree with the sentiment of the first part, and the objective reality of the second part. I loved me some Wilson. Murphy got it done in a big way in a big game.

Shaun now in second place with 26%, trailing Tyler Murphy who has 38%.

Let's at least keep him in second. If you haven't voted, vote. If you have multiple devices, use all of them.

Thanks.
